Hey there! My name is Zae. I have a sports background in Track & Field, Wrestling, MMA, and Basketball. I have trained with Olympic level coaches at some of the Bay Area's top facilities. In 2020 I started making training regiments with my friends and expanded that into my business, ZaeFit, in 2022. With ZaeFit I have combined all the critical athletic workouts from each of the sports I have competed in and mixed it with athletic style weight lifting to create programs that help people lose weight, gain muscle and remain quick and athletic. I dont beleive in being a drill sargant and yelling, instead I use postive pressure to help clients want to put in the work to create a healthy body they can be proud of. I help people from no experience, to the injured, all the way to people who have been serious about working out and want to reach the top of their game. I am now a trainer at one of the top facilities in the Bay Area, Fear Training and also do online training.
